Offered by Peter Lavoie, Sommelier and Dining Room Director of The Old Prune.  Peter also leads the wine program for students of the the Stratford Chef School.  The class will Include 6 to 8 samples of wine and simple, delectable food accompaniments.  Classes are limited in size and sell out quickly.
