There is nothing prettier than Stratford’s glistening downtown at Christmastime. There are wreaths on almost every door, beautiful window displays, holiday motifs in light flickering from light standards. We have so many special things in store for holiday shoppers, you’ll just want to stand still and soak it all in.

- Free parking in Downtown Stratford from 6pm Friday evening until 9am Monday morning from December 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010. A great way to shop til your heart's content without checking your watch!

Celebrating 40 fanstastic years of tradtional candy making in Stratford. They will be serving wonderful chocolate treats for all! Look forward to celebrating with you and showing off the spectacular 2009 holiday decor.
- Pook Touques originated in Stratford and are still made here, they are available at Family and Company in Stratford, are the perfect protector from the cold winter winds. These fun winter hats are made from traditional work socks (red toes and all) and offer a variety of styles to compliment your personality of the day – Robin Hood style, Bowler Cap and more. Pook Dukes (gloves) and Pook Loops (scarves) have been added to the line and will be a hit for holiday giving under $20.
- MacLeod’s Scottish Shop in Stratford is the place to find a great novelty gift for the man on your list who wonders what it is like to wear a kilt – a kilt motif bath towel complete with sporran, belt and kilt pin pattern on the bath towel (30”X60”).
